We must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Providing goods have not been worn, altered or used and are returned within 60 days of receipt in original packaging and with all tags intact, a replacement can be sent or a refund issued. All damages must be paid in full to the Company to avoid legal proceedings. This is at the discretion of the Company and buyer remains liable for any carriage costs incurred, with the exception of the return of faulty or damaged goods. Goods damaged by the buyer will not be replaced or refunded and attempt to defraud the Company will be investigated.Returns will be refunded less initial cost of postage. Please allow 3-5 days for this transaction to complete .Please also ensure that all tags are intact on damaged goods. Products are not under guarantee. No consideration shall be given complaints made on products after 30 days. Any claims may be investigated.
All returns/exchanges are logged. In the event that a refund is issued,the Company immediately regains ownership of the property and retention of goods will be subject to legal proceedings, which can be very costly. Any mis-use or abuse of this policy will be investigated and necessary steps taken to reclaim any lost/owed or ill obtained monies.

PLEASE NOTE ALL REFUNDS WILL BE LESS THE INITIAL COST OF POSTAGE.
All returns are free, however the initail cost of postage will be duducted from the refund amount. In the instance that the intial posage cost was free to the buyer, the amount paid shall be deducted. If you wish to exhange for another product, a link will be sent for payment of new shipping costs. In the case that this remains unpaid, the order will be cancelled.
If you wish to exchage for another size, the cost of sending a new size shall be waived UNLESS it is clear that on page advice has been ignored in which case a link shall be sent for additional postage costs.
If you have made a purchase which is then found to be out of stock you shall be notified immediately and a refund issued or an alternative discussed. Please allow the usual transaction period for your account to be credited or make contact to discuss options.
