Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

All items are shipped within 2-4 days using Royal Mail as our preferred courier. Our primary method of delivery is RM24 or RM48. As soon as your item has been dispatched we will forward a tracking number to you.

Free delivery is available on orders above £150.

Returns:

Our Returns and Exchange Policy

Goods can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To create a return, please follow the following steps:

1. All returned items should be sent back unused in the condition received, with all original packaging and tags attached

2. Fill out the following form and please include it with your return parcel CLICK HERE FOR YOUR RETURNS FORM

3. Return your package via Royal Mail (which postage must be paid) using the following address: The Back Alley Army Store, PO BOX 13595, EPPING, CM16 9GL

4. Please note it can take several days for your parcel to arrive back and be scanned back into our system by the returns team. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but can take up to 3 working days to show in your account once processed. Exchanges will be posted back to your original shipping address.
